Mick has worked with our client for 12 years and has always been committed to providing him with high-quality care. He covers shifts whenever he can and is adaptable to working in different environments. Our client recently spent a long period of time in the hospital and was severely ill. Mick quickly adapted to the environment and provided whatever care and support he could.
Mick is flexible in his caring approach and ensures that JP gets everything that he needs during his shift both physically and emotionally. He always tries to do activities with our client that he enjoys each day, depending on how he is feeling.
