All our case managers (for clients and parents) have a professional qualification, e.g in Social Work or Nursing. They are able to provide assessment of needs and be the main point of contact for you. They can help with education matters and support packages. All our case managers have a good knowledge of the medico-legal process in order to work effectively alongside your legal team.

Yes definitely! We aim to work with you and will discuss things at every step of the way. We can help you decide what is important to you and what your goals are, putting a plan in place to help you to achieve them. Of course, if you would prefer us to deal with something, with your permission, we will do so.
All over our Case Managers keep their phones on 24/7. Of course, there will be times when they are not available but you will be given the numbers of all our Case Managers and will be able to get hold of someone to speak to.
Yes, we can provide out of hour appointments and appointments at the weekend (for clients and parents) with no extra charge if this is required.
Of course! We hold meetings where everyone comes together to ensure that we are all working together to your goals. These meetings can include all the therapists working with you, school staff and your Solicitor. Your goals are important to us and we like to monitor them to ensure that we are achieving them.
If you decide that you do not want your Case Manager for whatever reason, you can either email or telephone Marylka Puchalska or Ian Rawson about this. They will give you the option of a different Case Manager within the company or options of other companies. We have a very good relationship with other companies and we can support you to find the right Case manager for you. We will provide a comprehensive handover and continue to support you until you until the new Case Manager is working with you if you wish.
