What is a continuous improvement plan?
A continuous improvement plan is a process that focuses on regularly improving how things are done. The goal is to make periodic changes to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of business operations.
At MSP we have set up a continuous improvement plan which all staff can contribute towards. It is a working document compiled from discussions (either virtual, by email or in-person), or it may be as a result of a meeting, training, or feedback that promotes reflective practice. It’s part of our holistic approach to identify areas of improvement and evidence the measurable outcomes.
We’re very lucky at MSP to have Directors, Managers and Staff who strive to implement change that will be of benefit to our clients. We were finding that our processes were naturally evolving but now we have a clear paper trail of where we were, where we are now, and where we plan to be, which we think is something to be proud of 😊
