As a representative body they strive to ensure that the needs of people with brain injury and complex conditions are recognised and met through excellent case management.

We regularly audit our services and offer an annual review of the services we provide to our clients. We use information gathered from our clients to monitor our services. This information can be provided by our clients in a face to face meeting, over the phone or by questionnaire should clients wish to take part.
