Support through Education: As dedicated Children and Young Adult Case Managers, we have a vast amount of experience in education matters, whether they are with schools or colleges.
We have an excellent relationship with the majority of schools and colleges we work with and firmly believe that promoting a harmonious relationship between everyone will maximise a child’s potential. After all, we are all working towards this goal!

SOME OF THE THINGS WE CAN SUPPORT WITH
Supporting you to find the right school, whether it be a special school or mainstream school, or simply a school that feels right to you.
Finding specialist colleges to support further education, life skills or vocational options.
Supporting with an application for an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and making sure it is updated appropriately. We can also support with Mediation and Appeals regarding refusal to issue an EHCP or regarding contact and provision. (Our Case Managers have had legal training regarding EHCPs and have an abundance of knowledge and experience in this area.)
If your Legal team suggest a privately recruited Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant for your child in school, we can arrange this and liaise with school/college regarding how this will work.
Attend Annual Reviews at school with you if you require.
Liaise with schools regarding private therapists attending to provide input in school if this is required.
Involving school in interdisciplinary team meetings and in goal setting meetings.
Providing bespoke Brain Injury education to school staff.
